Weekly meditation group @ Stanley
Want to learn to manage stress, be kinder to yourself and others, and master your mind?
Meditation can help. Meditation may be one of the easiest and cheapest paths to mastering yourself and thus your life.
But it’s hard to start a routine of meditation and even harder to persist in a regular practice.
Please join me. This weekly meditation group is dedicated to making meditation and mindfulness concrete and accessible. The goal is to teach you to create a sustaining habit of meditation and mindfulness that fits with your life.
WHEN: Wednesday 12 PM to 1 PM
*As currently planned, this group will run for eight weeks, ending August 28th. If there is sufficient interest we will continue to meet weekly in September and on.
WHERE: The upper deck of Stanley (picture and video here). Find the staircase between Cheluna and Endorphin and walk straight up to the glass door at the top of the stairs.
