Should I go to therapy?

  • Do you want to be the best version of yourself but know you aren’t right now?

Regular reflection is a significant investment of time and money. Here is what I recommend thinking about before you take the leap. 

  • Imagine the best possible life in your future (with regards to family, friends, romantic partner, career, health, or hobbies). In what areas of this ideal life most different from your current life?

  • What are your goals for therapy? How do you think I could be most helpful?

  • How will you know when our work together is working well for you? How will you know when our work together is finished?
