Writing a letter to yourself - an exercise in self compassion
Hi all - Adding another resource to my list for caring for ourselves in the midst of COVID-19.
See below for an exercise I developed, adapted from the research of Kristin Neff and teachings of Kelly McGonigal. I used this in the self care for trauma therapists talk I gave this week.
*In the first draft of this audio recording my cat vomited loudly in the back ground. It’s never boring working from home!
