This is an exercise I developed to teach people what they could do when they feel stuck in one perspective, especially when they feel stuck in fear and scarcity. In this brief exercise you get practice strengthening your ability to float between many perspectives and increase your psychological flexibility and awareness that whatever the circumstances of this present moment, they will inevitability change.
